What is the Arts n' Carafes Club?
 
 
The Arts n' Carafes Club is for our frequent Carafe'ters who would like to take advantage of discounts on all of our events throughout the year. The club fee of $55 gives you one FREE EVENT in the MONTH of your birthday, and $5 dollars off each event you participate in the club year!

Do I need to join the Arts n' Carafes Club to participate in calendar events?

No. You may attend any of our events without joining the club. Buying an annual club card gives you special privileges such as those listed above.

I have never painted before, or don't consider myself artistic... Can I attend an event?
Sip n' Create was created for people without any painting experience. Novices will be guided stroke-by-stroke to ensure they will feel confident in the creative process. You will be amazed at what you are capable of with the right guidance!

Can  I reserve a private party on days other than your scheduled dates and times?

Yes. There is a minimum of 10 guests for a private event. We will always do our best to accommodate your date and time. Private parties may be wedding bridal parties, graduations, birthdays, girl's outing, anniversaries, themed parties, church groups, team building, etc. Coupons are not accepted for private parties.  PARTIES/GIFT CARDS

Do you offer other types of events besides painting on canvas?
 

Yes, we offer ARTS & CARAFES events. You can learn to make anything from Custom Jewelry, Wine Glass Painting, Silk Scarf Painting, Zendoodle, Silk Flower Accessories, Holiday Gifts, and more! So Please check our calendar for these type of "Carafe" events.

Can children attend?


Our events are B.Y.O.B., and geared towards adults that are attending to take a break from the wee ones! Children can attend any event we offer on our calendar that says they are welcomed, as long as they are accompanied by an adult. We can also put together private events for children over the age of seven. We specialize in turning the event into a One-of-a-Kind  Themed Birthday Party!  (By the way, we can do this for adult parties too!)

Can men attend too?

Of course! Men frequently attend events, and many plan a unique date night with their partner.

What time should I arrive?
You need to arrive at least 15~ 20 minutes early to get signed in, find your seat, prepare something to eat or drink, and mingle. The event will begin at the scheduled time.

Can I just show up for an event, or bring an unregistered guest along?

Pre-registration and pre-payment is required. We have only a certain amount of available seats per event. We cannot guarantee a spot for walk-ins or last minute guests, but we will always try to accomodate you if you CALL IN ADVANCE of the class. We do offer WALK IN events from time to time, so please check our  CALENDAR  for dates offered.

How long is a typical event?

Plan 2 to 2 1/2 hours from start to finish.

What is the cancellation and refund policy?

All cancellations are NON-CASH-REFUNDABLE. Cancellations occurring 24 hours in advance of the scheduled date will be transferred in the form of an EVENT CREDIT, to be redeemed within 60 days for any event of equal value. Our apologies, but Event Credits will not be given for same day cancellations.

What happens if Sip n' Create needs to cancel an event?

There are certain circumstances where we may need to cancel an event. Cancellations would most likely be weather related, or in some cases, not having a minimum amount of guests signed in for the event that day. For cancellations, a credit will be issued for your event, and you may select another event of equal value. Credits need to be redeemed within 60 days. Event cancellations are notified by email, so please check your email 48 hours to see updates for your event. Also please check your email 4 hours before your scheduled event, in case we need to cancel because of severe weather.

What should I wear to an event?

Wear comfortable clothing. Preferably something you do not mind getting a little messy!  We provide aprons for everyone to wear, but remember...splatters happen!

How do I pay for and reserve my event?
We accept PayPal, and All Major Credit Cards. Promo Codes can not be used with Gift Cards or Children's classes. Payments can be made securely online when you register for your event through our  CALENDAR
